Case studies highlighting many of the real life stories of franchisees will be displayed here. Unfortunately, because of the extensive use of incredibly restrictive NDAs in settlement agreements, the vast majority of the case studies will have to be anonymised.
The focus of these case studies, as the title of the blog suggests, will be on case studies where the franchisee has encountered a particular issue which the Franchisor has not dealt with fairly rather than on successful franchises which are well documented elsewhere.
